Our Story

We started the business in 2008, long before that we were cousins, we grew up together, school mates and university mates doing the same degree. You can say we were destined to be in business together right from the start. Amen was working for WATTS Steel Scheduling, estimating tonnages, and there was Khalil doing the 3am sessions with him. Khalil then moved onto VSL Prestressing as a Contracts Administrator and sure enough when they needed another one, Amen followed him. Car-pooling to VSL head office in Thornleigh had it special moments.

Fast forward to now, and we are proud to say, what was once a two-man operation has evolved into a sophisticated multi-faceted enterprise. Growing from our roots as a family run business we have earned a reputation for integrity, honesty, contribution and collaboration, successfully completing a wide range of high profile projects all over Sydney.

As with any rise we have not done this alone. Our Binah family is now made up of a Construction Manager, Financial Controller, Bid Manager, Contract Manager, Project Managers, Estimators, Site Supervisors, Contracts Administrators and more. We work together to innovate and create, building communities and partnerships along the way.

Executive Team




Amen is a Civil Engineer who has developed expert knowledge in Property Acquisition, Development Management, Construction Management, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Conflict Resolution and Business Administration across all environments. Over the past decade, he has demonstrated success in developing and implementing procedures and plans to streamline the development and construction process, and enhance profit performance.



Khalil is a Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience within the industry. During this time, he has developed skills in Head Contract Negotiation, Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, Strategic Planning, Risk Mitigation and Contract Management. Khalil has developed a strong reputation with a solutions focused approach on delivering successful outcomes.



Marc comes from a long and distinguished career in Construction spanning over 35 years. His Strategic Planning, Business Planning and Leadership have allowed him to continue to develop business and manage a pipeline of work over 500 mill per annum in NSW and Nationally. His transparent and solutions focused approach has enabled him to lead large teams and develop loyal relationships with all members of the Project Team both at a Client and Contractor Level



Gary has demonstrated vast experience in managing multiple large-scale projects in all sectors. He has successfully managed greenfield sites through to turnkey projects ranging from 40 million to 150 million in the past decade, including residential, retail, commercial and resources contracts. Gary’s coordination and hands on management approach, of all facets of the design and construction phases, has secured his reputation as someone who can get the job done.



As Design Manager Gerry has been involved in the design integration of cost effective construction methodology during the documentation stage and has delivered positive project outcomes for clients during the construction period. Through participation in all aspects of the delivery process he has successfully completed the project outcomes with Owners, Developers, Architects and Builders over the years through honor and acceptance of all valued contributing parties.



Vince Gerasolo is a qualified CPA and Chartered Secretary with experience in CFO, Secretary and Controller roles in ASX and large private entities across Australia. Vince’s career spans several Property Construction and Development businesses and a variety of industries including steel manufacturing, construction services, asset finance and leasing and international product wholesaling. Vince’s diverse financial and commercial background is underpinned by a wealth of experience in innovative strategy execution, financial performance, risk management and control and delivering financial insights and foundations to sustain profitable growth.



Since starting with Binah, Ahmad has demonstrated the skill to dissect any project with an ability to capture the value, and identify opportunities to develop and design better project outcomes. During his time at Binah he has developed skills in Design Management, Head Contract Tendering, Procurement, Subcontractor Negotiation, Estimating and Project Delivery Analysis. His approach with the team ensures that we exceed our client’s expectations.
