We know good communication is the key to building strong relationships for our project stakeholders. We encourage our clients to introduce their Strata Manager, Building Manager and Building Maintenance team to our project Client Care Manager eight weeks prior to project completion. Together this handover team can work on a smooth and effective transition period post-occupation of the building.
Once a project is near completion, our construction team compiles a robust practical completion works list , this includes thorough review of each apartment. Wherever possible, we encourage our clients to participate in this process and facilitate buyer inspections. This maintains transparency and ensures everyone is a part of the final handover.

We are proud of all our projects and strive to ensure the building remains as good as the day of completion. The Client Care team is here to work with the building and strata manager to assist in building upkeep and promote proper building and asset maintenance so that end user satisfaction is achieved.
Our team is customer-focused with vast trade knowledge and experience to best attend to occupant and owner matters efficiently. Our interests are your interests, we work with the project team from the design phase to ensure the product is handed over with quality and longevity at the forefront of our work.
Upon completion of a project, the Client Care team works with the project team to ensure all construction-related items and pre-settlement issues are resolved within three months.
Our Client Care team will support the strata manager during the annual statutory inspection to ensure any issues identified under the statutory warranties are addressed promptly.
Working with occupants and owners, Client Care will ensure any issues identified under the Strata Building Bond and Inspection Scheme are closed out in a timely manner.
We will conduct a review of any warranty issues, and our team will ensure that our developer clients have the strongest chance of claiming the developer bond. In addition, our owners are satisfied with the developer and builder’s ongoing commitment to the project.
Client Care will inspect and administer works required under the six-year consumer warranty for major building elements under the requirements of the Home Building Act (NSW).
