Client Care

Our Client Care team play an essential role in the post-occupation phase, where we continuously monitor the quality of our buildings. It’s not just about the immediate handover; it’s about understanding how our clients, buyers and occupants experience the space over time. This insight feeds directly into how we approach new projects, influencing design and construction to enhance our work’s quality and delivery.

Safety

A Culture of Safety and Excellence

Our people are the lifeblood of Binah. As such we have a deeply ingrained safety culture to educate, promote and regulate occupational health and safety processes throughout our enterprise.

We believe a safe site is paramount to creating efficient teams, and have developed a unique and innovative safety initiative to empower our teams and optimise our workforce.

The Binah Safety Shield is an organisation wide initiative highlighting site safety requirements and incentivising teams to advocate for safety compliance. The monthly award recognises outstanding compliance and high performance from a winning project team.

Each project team is evaluated on core components of safe site culture, including:

  • Compliance to legislation, codes of practice, and good work practices
  • Culture on site and team willingness to participate and efforts to enforce compliance
  • Willingness to carry out procedures and record keeping
  • Team records including site diaries, meetings, coordination meetings and use of company software and systems

In addition to the Binah Safety Shield, we adhere to the highest levels of industry safety and quality standards. As a gold star-rated ICIRT builder, our customers can be confident that our business operations exceed the stringent and ongoing requirements of Australian and International standards.

Beyond obtaining these certifications, we are committed to maintaining and continuously improving the quality of our Integrated Management System and the products/services we deliver. Regular monitoring allows us to maintain the efficiency of our business operations.

Sustainability

Protecting our environment

We work with clients, designers, consultants, suppliers, and trades people to create an integrated approach that positively impacts all phases of a building’s life cycle, including design, construction, handover, and operation.

Sustainable design seeks to reduce negative impacts on the environment, and the health and comfort of building occupants, thereby improving building performance.

The basic objectives of sustainability are to reduce consumption of non-renewable resources, minimise waste, and create healthy, productive environments. By utilising a sustainable design philosophy, Binah encourages decisions at each phase of the design process that will reduce negative impacts on the environment and the health of the occupants.
