Binah appointed by Goldfields to deliver Quartet in Milton, QLD

National property developer Goldfields has appointed Binah as the construction partner for Quartet, a c.$100 million residential development in Milton, Brisbane.

Located approximately two kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, Quartet will comprise 131 residences, offering a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with four-bedroom penthouses. Positioned within one of Brisbane’s most connected inner-city pockets and in close proximity to key 2032 Olympic precincts, the development responds to increasing demand for well-located, design-led housing with long-term liveability.

Designed by Rothelowman and brought to life by Cera Stribley, the residences feature generous proportions, abundant natural light and a refined material palette, emphasising durability and long-term comfort. A key feature of the development is its rooftop amenity, designed as an elevated retreat above the city. Residents will have access to a 25-metre lap pool, spa, sauna and cold plunge, alongside shared spaces for both quiet use and social connection. These elements have been integrated to support a more considered approach to apartment living, where amenity contributes directly to the quality of daily life.
