Binah is excited to be partnering with MRCB to deliver Maris on the Gold Coast, a premium residential development and another addition to our growing Queensland pipeline.

Project Overview

Maris is positioned to contribute to the evolving Gold Coast landscape, delivering a collection of Broadwater-facing residences with views across parklands and the coast, alongside outlooks to the hinterland. The project combines sculptural architectural form with a strong amenity offering, including a resort-style podium with pool and wellness facilities and a rooftop level designed to capture panoramic views and support resident lifestyle. The development will rise to 20 storeys, with interiors characterised by natural materials, high-quality finishes and a focus on light, space and long-term liveability.
