Binah Appointed to Deliver Levande Oatlands Retirement Living Community

Binah has been appointed as Head Contractor to deliver Levande Oatlands, a thoughtfully designed retirement living community located within one of Sydney’s most established neighbourhoods.

The appointment marks the beginning of a new partnership between Binah and Levande, underpinned by a shared commitment to quality, care and considered delivery. Levande Oatlands has been carefully planned as an integrated retirement living community within the grounds of the operational Oatlands Golf Club, balancing contemporary living with respect for its unique setting.

The development will comprise 127 apartments across four residential buildings, together with 13 townhouses arranged across three separate blocks. Residents will enjoy access to a range of shared amenities and landscaped open spaces designed to support wellbeing, connection and everyday living. The project also includes the delivery of a new Golf Clubhouse, along with dedicated retirement living communal facilities incorporating health and wellbeing spaces and landscaped communal areas.

Construction will take place within a live environment, with works carefully staged to ensure the continued operation of Oatlands Golf Club and associated facilities. Detailed planning and close collaboration across all project stakeholders will be central to achieving a safe, respectful and efficient delivery.
