Binah Appointed to Deliver Novus on Albert

‍Chatswood Build-to-Rent project marks continued expansion into BTR sector

Binah today confirmed its appointment as the building contractor for Novus on Albert, a Build-to-Rent (BTR) development located at Albert Avenue, Chatswood, being delivered in partnership with BTR platform Novus and global investment manager M&G Real Estate.

Designed by Rothelowman, Novus on Albert will deliver purpose-designed BTR apartments in one of Sydney’s most connected and established suburbs, located in close proximity to Chatswood Metro and train stations, retail, dining, and major employment centres.

The appointment represents a significant milestone for Binah as it continues to expand its portfolio across the residential and Build-to-Rent sectors along Australia’s east coast.

Binah’s Managing Director, Khalil Hafza, said:
