The future of construction depends on the people we invest in today.
Following 12 years of success with the Binah Cadet Program, we're proud to announce the launch of our new Binah Builder Program, expanding our commitment to developing the next generation of construction professionals.
Launching alongside our 2027 Cadet Program intake, the two initiatives offer distinct pathways into the construction industry, providing opportunities for aspiring professionals to gain practical experience, learn from experienced industry leaders and build long-term careers with Binah.
Our newest initiative introduces a four-year development pathway for individuals looking to pursue a career in site supervision without requiring a university degree.
Designed for school leavers, vocational graduates and those with trade or construction experience, the program combines hands-on learning, vocational qualifications and dedicated mentorship.
Participants will work alongside experienced Site Managers and Supervisors on major residential projects, gradually developing the technical knowledge, leadership skills and practical experience required to progress towards site management.
Since its introduction in 2014, the Binah Cadet Program has played an important role in developing young professionals and supporting their progression into the construction industry.
The structured program provides university students with practical experience across Binah's core business units, including design, estimating, contracts, site operations and project management.
Through mentorship, exposure to live projects and opportunities to take on responsibility, our cadets develop a well-rounded understanding of construction while completing their studies.
For Binah Managing Director Khalil Hafza, the introduction of the Builder Program represents another important step in the company's long-standing commitment to developing talent from the grassroots level.
"On the back of the great success that we have had with our Cadet Program that is now 12 years young, Amen and I are very excited to announce the release of our Binah Builder Program. This is a program that continues our ongoing investment in the grassroots of this industry."
— Khalil Hafza, Managing Director, Binah
Together, these programs reflect our belief that a stronger construction industry begins with investing in its people. By creating opportunities for different educational backgrounds and career ambitions, we hope to encourage more young Australians to consider a future in construction.
We're excited to welcome the next generation of builders, site leaders and construction professionals to Binah.
Applications for the 2027 Binah Cadet Program are now open across NSW and Queensland, closing on 14 November 2026.
