Last week, we joined our valued client Novus, M&G Real Estate and our project partners to celebrate the official groundbreaking of Novus on Albert in Chatswood.
Designed by Rothelowman, the development will deliver 199 purpose-designed Build-to-Rent apartments across 27 levels. With a focus on resident wellbeing and community, Novus on Albert will offer a new standard of rental living, with thoughtfully designed residences, premium amenities and shared spaces.
From early contractor involvement to construction now underway, we’ve worked closely with the wider team to reach this milestone. Clear direction from Novus throughout the ECI process helped our teams establish a collaborative working relationship, with a shared understanding of what the project would deliver.
