Earlier this week, Binah joined Fortis and project partners to celebrate the official ground-breaking ceremony for Crest & Walker, marking the beginning of construction on a new boutique residential tower in the heart of Newstead, Brisbane.
Set within one of Brisbane’s most established inner-city precincts, Crest & Walker will deliver 65 luxury residences across 20 storeys, bringing together architectural intent, design quality and a highly considered approach to inner-city living.
Positioned between the Gasworks and James Street precincts, the development has been designed to offer residents a sophisticated residential address with strong connectivity to lifestyle, dining, retail and employment hubs. The tower will feature panoramic city views and an exclusive rooftop retreat, including a pool, sauna and BBQ facilities.
As the company’s first partnership with Fortis, the development brings together a respected development partner, a prominent Brisbane location and a project that requires careful delivery from the earliest stages of construction.
