Breaking Ground with Goldfields at Quartet, Milton

Binah has joined Goldfields and the wider project team to celebrate the official commencement of construction at Quartet, a c.$100 million residential development in Milton, Brisbane.

The ground-breaking ceremony brought together project partners, consultants and delivery teams to recognise the work completed to bring Quartet to site. The project is the beginning of Binah’s partnership with Goldfields and an exciting addition to our growing Queensland portfolio.

Located approximately two kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, Quartet will deliver 131 residences across 18 storeys. The development will offer a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with a collection of four-bedroom penthouses.

Designed by Rothelowman, with interiors by Cera Stribley, the residences have been planned around generous proportions, natural light and a refined material palette. A rooftop retreat will provide residents with access to a 25-metre lap pool, spa, sauna and cold plunge, supported by shared spaces for relaxation and social connection.

Quartet will introduce a new residential offering to Milton, an established inner-city precinct undergoing continued growth and transformation. Its proximity to transport, employment and lifestyle destinations places the project within one of Brisbane’s most connected locations.

Construction commencement follows a detailed period of planning and close collaboration between Goldfields, Binah and the broader consultant team. The relationship established throughout this process will remain central as the project moves into the main construction phase.
