Breaking Ground with MRCB at Maris on the Gold Coast

Binah has joined MRCB International, Gold Coast Deputy Mayor Cr Mark Hammel and the wider project team to mark the commencement of construction at Maris, a c.$200 million residential development in Southport.

The Breaking Ground ceremony marked Binah’s first project on the Gold Coast and the beginning of its partnership with MRCB.

Maris will deliver 192 residences across 20 levels in a prominent location beside the Broadwater and directly opposite the Broadwater Parklands light rail station. Designed by Plus Architecture, the development will include a podium-level pool, gym and sauna, together with rooftop decks, lounges, dining areas and a yoga space overlooking the Broadwater and ocean.

Approximately 250 onsite and offsite tradespeople and consultants will contribute to the project throughout construction, supporting local employment and economic activity.
