Earlier this month, we welcomed our valued client, Evergreen Investment Holding, and the wider project team to celebrate a major milestone at The Landmark Quarter as the first of the development’s three towers reached rooftop level.
Positioned at one of the highest points in St Leonards, the development will deliver a premium collection of residences, townhomes and penthouses with expansive views towards Sydney Harbour and the city. Designed by Rothelowman, the precinct will also feature landscaped gardens and resort-style amenities, including a pool, gym, cinema and rooftop entertaining spaces.
The ceremony brought together key consultants and, for the first time, our subcontractors, recognising the collective effort behind reaching this stage of construction.
As part of Binah’s topping-out tradition, an olive tree was placed on the rooftop. Symbolising resilience, longevity, peace and prosperity, the tree reflects the teamwork and camaraderie behind the build and our hopes for the development’s future community.
With the first tower now at rooftop level, construction continues across the remaining towers as The Landmark Quarter moves into its next phase of delivery. We look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses.
"Thank you to everyone who has participated in this journey so far, starting with our client, who trusted Binah as their delivery partner from the outset, through to Metis, our subcontractors, suppliers and consulting team. Everyone standing here today has contributed to this milestone."
