Brett is a results-oriented finance leader with more than two decades of senior executive experience across agribusiness, FMCG, manufacturing, and property development.
He most recently served as Group CFO of Hewitt, one of the world's largest organically certified protein producers, supporting the company's expansion across Australia, North America, and South America. Prior to that, Brett spent over 20 years as CFO of Baiada, playing a central role in building what is today Australia's largest vertically integrated poultry business. This included directing growth strategies across seven separate M&A transactions, divestment of non-core assets, and debt financing to support the company's growth.
Concurrently, Brett served as CFO of Celestino, the Baiada family's property development arm, delivering finance and funding strategies for major Sydney projects including The Gables and Sydney Science Park.
Brett is a CPA, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a graduate of Western Sydney University.
