In an Australian-first, Binah with Anglicare and GroupGSA delivered an affordable housing and retirement living hybrid model design specifically for women aged over 55. The development features a contemporary four-storey building that balances modern aesthetics with functional accessibility. The projectcomprises 18 self-contained studio apartments, designed to support independent living while maintaining a manageable footprint for residents. By leading the Design and Construct process, we optimised the structural layout to include landscaped terraces and undercover parking without compromising the project’s strict affordability mandates.
