In a first for the Fairfield precinct, Binah partnered with Anglicare to deliver a sophisticated six-storey affordable housing development for women over 55 that seamlessly integrates high-density living with architectural quality. The project comprises a strategic mix of 36 units,including 10 Independent Living Units (ILUs) and 26 Social and Affordable Housing (SAFH) apartments.

Each studio and one-bedroom residence was designed to balance spatial efficiency with the strict functional standards required for long-term community management. By leading the delivery process, we optimised the building's footprint to incorporate a dedicated Community Centre and alarge-scale communal room with a kitchenette, purpose-built to facilitate essential resident services.
